Giovanni Pescarmona

Giovanni Pescarmona is a post-doc research fellow at the CNR ISPC. He holds a PhD in Digital Cultural Heritage at the University of Florence. His main research interests focus on 3D digitisation of cultural heritage, infrastructure and software development for cultural heritage, management, fundraising and integration for national and international projects. He works as a freelance digital project manager for Italian and European cultural institutions for digital project management, design and implementation of XR (AR, VR) applications and experiences. He also collaborates as a Digital Humanist with the Digital Library of the Ministry of Culture, where he works on the implementation of the National Digitisan Plan (PND) and the Next Generation EU programmes and investments in cultural heritage digitisation.
